StashTask is built for honest users who complete offers, tasks, surveys, games, and partner activities as instructed. This Acceptable Use Policy explains the conduct that is not allowed when using StashTask.
By using StashTask, you agree to use the platform responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, offer instructions, payout rules, fraud-prevention rules, and any additional rules shown within the Service.
1. Honest Use Required
You may only use StashTask for legitimate personal earning activity. You must complete offers honestly, provide accurate information, follow all Partner instructions, and avoid any activity intended to generate unearned rewards.
Rewards are only valid when activity is properly tracked, confirmed by the applicable Partner, and approved through StashTask’s review process.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are prohibited and may result in reward rejection, reward reversal, frozen balances, payout denial, account suspension, account termination, or other enforcement action.
- Creating, using, or controlling more than one StashTask account;
- Sharing, selling, renting, transferring, or accessing another person’s account;
- Creating accounts with fake, misleading, stolen, synthetic, or inaccurate information;
- Using bots, scripts, macros, automation tools, click farms, traffic exchanges, or artificial activity;
- Using emulators, virtual machines, device spoofing, browser spoofing, GPS spoofing, or similar tools to manipulate eligibility or tracking;
- Using VPNs, proxies, datacenter IPs, or location-masking tools to bypass offer restrictions, regional rules, fraud checks, or account limits;
- Completing offers dishonestly or failing to follow the offer’s instructions, requirements, waiting periods, or terms;
- Submitting false information to StashTask, Partners, advertisers, survey providers, payout providers, or support staff;
- Misrepresenting offer completion, submitting fake proof, or filing false missing-reward claims;
- Manipulating tracking links, click IDs, sub IDs, transaction IDs, cookies, postbacks, device fingerprints, or referral data;
- Exploiting bugs, race conditions, payout errors, reward errors, bonus code errors, or provider loopholes;
- Attempting to receive rewards for refunded, cancelled, charged-back, reversed, or invalid activity;
- Using another person’s identity, email address, device, payout method, payment account, or personal information without authorization;
- Sharing payout methods across accounts in a way that suggests fraud, abuse, or duplicate-account activity;
- Referring yourself or creating fake referral activity;
- Spamming referral links or using misleading claims to promote StashTask;
- Harassing, threatening, abusing, or impersonating support staff, Partners, advertisers, or other users;
- Attempting to access accounts, admin tools, provider systems, data, APIs, servers, or infrastructure without authorization;
- Reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with, attacking, or disrupting the Service;
- Uploading, submitting, or transmitting malicious code, malware, phishing content, spam, or harmful material;
- Using StashTask for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- Violating any applicable law, regulation, third-party terms, Partner rules, or StashTask policy.
3. Offer and Partner Abuse
You must follow all rules set by StashTask and each Partner. Partner rules may include eligibility requirements, device requirements, country restrictions, new-user requirements, completion steps, purchase requirements, cancellation rules, survey rules, gameplay requirements, or waiting periods.
StashTask may reject or reverse rewards if a Partner determines that your activity was invalid, incomplete, duplicate, suspicious, fraudulent, refunded, charged back, or otherwise ineligible.
4. VPNs, Proxies, and Location Masking
VPNs, proxies, datacenter IPs, location spoofing, GPS spoofing, and similar tools may interfere with tracking, eligibility, fraud detection, and Partner rules.
StashTask may restrict, review, reject, or reverse rewards connected to location-masking tools, especially when they are used to bypass country restrictions, create multiple accounts, manipulate offer eligibility, hide suspicious activity, or evade enforcement.
5. Automation and Artificial Activity
Automated activity is not allowed. This includes bots, scripts, macros, browser automation, automated survey completion, artificial clicks, artificial impressions, fake traffic, click farms, device farms, emulators, and any other method designed to simulate genuine user activity.
StashTask may use automated systems and manual review to detect automation, suspicious traffic, unusual timing, repeated patterns, shared devices, shared IP addresses, and other abuse signals.
6. Referrals and Promotions
Referral and promotional features must be used honestly. You may not refer yourself, create fake accounts, use the same device or IP address to simulate referrals, spam referral links, mislead users about earning potential, or use unauthorized paid traffic or incentivized traffic.
Bonus codes, missions, streaks, badges, XP, leaderboards, and other engagement features may not be abused, manipulated, automated, or exploited. StashTask may revoke bonuses, remove leaderboard entries, reverse rewards, or restrict access to promotions for suspected abuse.
7. Support and Communications
You agree to communicate with StashTask support honestly and respectfully.
You may not submit false claims, fake screenshots, misleading documents, abusive messages, threats, harassment, spam, or repeated bad-faith support requests.
8. Security and Unauthorized Access
You may not attempt to access, test, scan, attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with StashTask systems, accounts, APIs, admin tools, databases, servers, provider integrations, postback endpoints, payout systems, or security controls without written authorization.
If you discover a security issue, bug, vulnerability, payout error, reward error, or system weakness, you must report it to StashTask and must not exploit it, disclose it publicly, or use it to gain rewards, access, data, or any other benefit.
9. Enforcement
StashTask may investigate suspected violations using automated fraud detection, manual review, Partner reports, device data, IP data, payout data, referral data, offer activity, conversion history, reversal history, support records, and other risk signals.
If we believe this Acceptable Use Policy has been violated, we may take action including but not limited to:
- Rejecting pending rewards;
- Reversing approved rewards;
- Freezing balances or payout requests;
- Delaying or denying payouts;
- Requiring additional verification;
- Restricting access to offers, referrals, bonuses, or payout features;
- Removing leaderboard entries or promotional rewards;
- Suspending or terminating your account;
- Blocking related accounts, devices, IP addresses, payout methods, or referral activity;
- Reporting fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity to Partners, payment providers, legal authorities, or other appropriate parties where permitted or required.
Severe violations may result in immediate action without prior notice.
10. No Obligation to Credit Abusive Activity
StashTask is not required to credit, approve, or pay rewards connected to suspicious, fraudulent, incomplete, untracked, reversed, rejected, or policy-violating activity.
If rewards were credited by mistake or later determined to be invalid, StashTask may correct the account, reverse rewards, offset future rewards, cancel payout requests, or require repayment where permitted by law.
