These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StashTask, including our website, mobile-friendly web application, rewards platform, offer listings, referral tools, wallet features, payout request features, and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Service”).

StashTask is operated by GigaGenius (“StashTask,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing the Service, completing offers, earning rewards, requesting payouts, or otherwise using StashTask, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use StashTask.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using StashTask, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, offer instructions, payout rules, fraud-prevention rules, or policies posted within the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date above and/or notify users through the Service, email, or other reasonable methods. Your continued use of StashTask after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use StashTask.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You have the legal right and capacity to agree to these Terms;
  • You will provide accurate and truthful information;
  • You will use the Service only for lawful purposes;
  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law;
  • You will comply with all offer instructions, partner rules, and payout requirements.

StashTask may not be available in all countries, states, regions, or jurisdictions. We may restrict, suspend, or deny access to the Service based on location, legal requirements, fraud risk, provider restrictions, or business decisions.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of StashTask, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

StashTask is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account, device, email account, payout account, or login credentials.

4. One Account Per Person

Each person may create and use only one StashTask account unless we provide written permission otherwise.

The following are prohibited:

  • Creating multiple accounts for the same person;
  • Using another person’s account;
  • Sharing, selling, transferring, or renting your account;
  • Creating accounts using fake, misleading, stolen, or synthetic information;
  • Creating accounts to bypass suspensions, limits, reviews, or fraud controls;
  • Creating accounts for other people or allowing someone else to complete offers for you.

We may combine, suspend, restrict, terminate, or investigate accounts that appear to be duplicate, related, fraudulent, or abusive.

5. How StashTask Works

StashTask allows users to discover and complete third-party tasks, offers, surveys, games, app installs, trials, registrations, purchases, and other promotional activities provided by advertisers, affiliate networks, offerwall providers, survey providers, or other partners (“Partners”).

When you complete eligible activities, StashTask may receive compensation from Partners. StashTask may share a portion of that compensation with you as a reward, subject to these Terms, Partner tracking, fraud review, payout thresholds, pending periods, reversals, and other requirements.

StashTask is not an employer, job platform, bank, money transmitter, investment service, or financial institution. Rewards are promotional incentives and are not wages, salary, employment compensation, or guaranteed income.

6. No Guaranteed Earnings

StashTask does not guarantee that you will earn any particular amount, qualify for any offer, receive any payout, or have any reward approved.

Rewards depend on many factors, including Partner availability, your location, device, eligibility, offer instructions, successful tracking, Partner approval, fraud checks, payout review, and compliance with these Terms.

Any examples, estimated rewards, advertised amounts, leaderboards, bonuses, or earning opportunities shown on StashTask are estimates or promotional information only and are not guarantees.

7. Offers, Tasks, Surveys, Games, and Partner Requirements

Each offer may have specific instructions, eligibility rules, completion requirements, waiting periods, geographic restrictions, device requirements, new-user requirements, subscription or purchase terms, cancellation rules, or other conditions.

You are responsible for reading and following all offer instructions before participating.

StashTask is not responsible for:

  • Whether you qualify for a third-party offer;
  • Whether a Partner tracks or approves your completion;
  • Changes to Partner offers, rewards, eligibility, or availability;
  • Costs, subscriptions, purchases, deposits, fees, or charges from third parties;
  • Third-party products, apps, games, websites, services, or customer support;
  • Partner decisions to reject, reverse, delay, or deny credit.

Some offers may require you to make a purchase, start a trial, download an app, play a game, reach a level, complete a survey, provide information, or interact with a third-party service. You are solely responsible for understanding any charges, subscriptions, cancellation deadlines, privacy practices, or third-party terms before participating.

8. Tracking and Reward Attribution

StashTask uses tracking links, offer click records, user identifiers, device information, Partner postbacks, and other technical methods to determine whether an offer was started, completed, approved, rejected, reversed, or credited.

A reward is not considered earned merely because you clicked an offer, visited a Partner site, downloaded an app, made a purchase, completed a survey, or believe you satisfied an offer requirement. Rewards are generally credited only when StashTask receives valid confirmation from the applicable Partner and the activity passes review.

Tracking may fail due to browser settings, ad blockers, VPNs, private browsing, device restrictions, cookie blocking, Partner errors, user error, network issues, or other technical reasons. StashTask is not required to credit rewards that are not properly tracked or confirmed by a Partner.

9. Pending Rewards, Holds, Reviews, and Reversals

Rewards may appear as pending before becoming available. Pending rewards are not payable until approved, released from any hold period, and cleared through StashTask’s review process.

StashTask may delay, review, reject, reverse, adjust, or withhold rewards for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Partner rejection or non-payment;
  • Chargebacks, cancellations, refunds, or subscription cancellations;
  • Duplicate, incomplete, or invalid offer completions;
  • Violation of offer instructions;
  • Suspicious activity, fraud risk, or abuse signals;
  • Use of automation, scripts, bots, emulators, VPNs, proxies, or device manipulation;
  • Multiple accounts, shared devices, shared payout methods, or related-account concerns;
  • Incorrect, missing, or unverifiable account information;
  • Technical, tracking, or reporting errors;
  • Any violation of these Terms.

If a Partner reverses or rejects a conversion after StashTask has credited your account, StashTask may reverse the corresponding reward, reduce your balance, offset future rewards, cancel a pending payout, or require repayment where permitted by law.

10. Wallet, Ledger, and Balance Display

Your StashTask wallet may display available rewards, pending rewards, reserved rewards, lifetime rewards, payout history, and related transaction activity. Wallet balances are maintained using internal ledger records and may be adjusted for corrections, reversals, fraud review, payout requests, or administrative actions.

A displayed balance does not guarantee that funds are payable. Rewards remain subject to review, verification, minimum payout thresholds, fraud controls, Partner approval, reversals, and these Terms.

If a wallet display, dashboard, email, notification, or other interface shows an incorrect amount due to error, bug, delay, or miscalculation, StashTask may correct the error and adjust the account accordingly.

11. Payouts

Users may request payouts only after meeting StashTask’s minimum payout threshold, verification requirements, fraud review requirements, and any other payout conditions shown in the Service.

Payouts may be available through methods such as gift cards, PayPal, digital payment providers, or other supported payout options. Available payout methods may change at any time and may vary by location, account status, risk level, provider availability, or business needs.

Payout requests are subject to review and are not guaranteed. We may approve, reject, delay, cancel, hold, or reverse payout requests based on:

  • Failure to meet the minimum payout threshold;
  • Unverified email address or identity;
  • Incorrect payout information;
  • Fraud risk or suspicious activity;
  • Pending Partner confirmations or reversals;
  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Legal, compliance, tax, or payment processor requirements;
  • Technical or operational issues.

You are responsible for providing accurate payout information. StashTask is not responsible for payouts sent to incorrect accounts, email addresses, wallets, payment handles, or payout destinations provided by you.

Payout processing times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to review, Partner holds, fraud checks, payment provider issues, weekends, holidays, or other reasons.

12. Verification, KYC, and Account Review

StashTask may require email verification, phone verification, identity verification, payout verification, device verification, tax forms, or other information before allowing access to certain features or approving payouts.

We may request additional information to verify your identity, account ownership, offer activity, payout method, location, or eligibility. Failure to provide requested information may result in delayed payouts, denied payouts, account restrictions, or account termination.

StashTask may use third-party verification, fraud prevention, analytics, payment, or compliance providers to help operate the Service.

13. Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful, unauthorized, or manipulative activity.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creating or using multiple accounts;
  • Using fake identities, stolen information, or misleading account details;
  • Using bots, scripts, automation, macros, click farms, emulators, virtual machines, or artificial traffic;
  • Using VPNs, proxies, datacenter IPs, location spoofing, GPS spoofing, device spoofing, or traffic masking to bypass restrictions;
  • Manipulating tracking links, sub IDs, postbacks, cookies, headers, devices, or browser fingerprints;
  • Completing offers dishonestly or in violation of Partner instructions;
  • Submitting false support claims, fake screenshots, or misleading missing-credit requests;
  • Reversing purchases, cancelling subscriptions, refunding purchases, or charging back after receiving rewards when prohibited by offer terms;
  • Using another person’s device, payment method, identity, email, account, or payout method without authorization;
  • Sharing payout methods across unrelated accounts in a way that suggests abuse;
  • Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, race conditions, payout logic, reward logic, or security vulnerabilities;
  • Accessing admin, internal, provider, or system functions without authorization;
  • Interfering with the operation, security, or integrity of StashTask;
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing StashTask staff, users, Partners, or support agents;
  • Violating any law, regulation, third-party terms, or Partner rules.

We may use automated and manual fraud detection systems, including device fingerprints, IP history, payout method review, offer timing, referral patterns, conversion history, reversal history, and other risk signals.

We may suspend accounts, freeze payouts, withhold rewards, reverse rewards, require verification, restrict features, or terminate accounts when we believe activity is suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

14. VPNs, Proxies, Emulators, and Device Manipulation

VPNs, proxies, emulators, virtual machines, device spoofing, location spoofing, and similar tools may interfere with tracking, eligibility, fraud controls, and Partner rules.

StashTask may restrict, reject, review, or deny rewards or payouts associated with such tools, especially where they are used to bypass location restrictions, create multiple accounts, manipulate eligibility, or hide suspicious activity.

15. Referrals

StashTask may offer a referral program that allows users to invite others to join the Service. Referral rewards, if available, are subject to the rules shown in the Service and may change at any time.

Referral rewards are not guaranteed. Referral bonuses may require the referred user to register, verify their account, complete eligible offers, earn approved rewards, or meet other requirements.

The following referral activity is prohibited:

  • Referring yourself;
  • Creating fake referred accounts;
  • Using the same device, IP address, payout method, or identity to simulate referrals;
  • Misleading people about StashTask or guaranteed earnings;
  • Spamming referral links;
  • Posting referral links where prohibited;
  • Using paid traffic, bots, incentivized traffic, or misleading ads without written permission.

We may reject, reverse, or withhold referral rewards for suspected abuse or violation of these Terms.

16. Bonuses, Missions, Streaks, Leaderboards, and Promotions

StashTask may offer bonuses, missions, badges, streaks, XP, levels, leaderboards, limited-time promotions, bonus codes, or other engagement features.

These features are promotional and may be changed, paused, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, engagement features such as XP, badges, levels, streaks, and leaderboard status have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Cash bonuses, if offered, may be subject to additional requirements, caps, verification, fraud review, minimum earning requirements, expiration dates, or payout restrictions.

We may remove leaderboard entries, revoke bonuses, reverse rewards, or restrict promotion access for suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

17. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or other government charges that may apply to rewards or payouts you receive through StashTask.

StashTask may request tax forms or information where required by law or payment providers. We may withhold, delay, or deny payouts if required tax or verification information is not provided.

StashTask does not provide tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice.

18. Third-Party Services and Links

StashTask may link to or integrate with third-party websites, apps, advertisers, offerwalls, survey providers, payment providers, verification providers, analytics providers, and other services.

Third-party services are not controlled by StashTask. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, rules, and practices.

StashTask is not responsible for third-party content, actions, errors, availability, charges, subscriptions, privacy practices, products, services, or decisions.

19. User Content and Communications

You may be able to submit support tickets, messages, feedback, screenshots, account information, payout information, or other content through the Service (“User Content”).

You represent that your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of any third party. You grant StashTask a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, display, process, and analyze your User Content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the Service.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, abusive, illegal, harmful, private, confidential, or infringing content.

20. Communications

By creating an account, you agree that StashTask may send you transactional, account, security, support, reward, payout, verification, and service-related communications by email, in-app notification, or other available methods.

We may also send promotional messages where permitted by law. You may opt out of promotional emails, but you may still receive important account, security, legal, payout, and service-related messages.

21. Privacy

Your use of StashTask is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information, including account data, device data, IP data, fraud-prevention data, offer activity, payout information, and support communications.

By using StashTask, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

22. Intellectual Property

StashTask, including its name, logo, branding, design, software, text, graphics, interfaces, features, and content, is owned by StashTask or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, frame, mirror, or create derivative works based on StashTask without our written permission.

23. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, limit, discontinue, or remove any part of the Service at any time, including offers, payout methods, rewards, bonuses, features, providers, account tools, or eligibility requirements.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of bugs. We may perform maintenance, experience outages, or restrict access for security, legal, business, or operational reasons.

24. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, review, or terminate your account at any time if we believe that:

  • You violated these Terms;
  • You violated Partner rules or offer instructions;
  • Your activity appears fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or risky;
  • Your account information is inaccurate, unverifiable, or misleading;
  • Your account is associated with duplicate or related accounts;
  • Your use of the Service creates legal, security, payment, or operational risk;
  • We are required to do so by law, Partner request, payment provider, or regulatory concern.

If your account is suspended or terminated, we may withhold, reject, reverse, cancel, or review pending rewards and payout requests. Termination does not limit our right to recover amounts owed, reverse fraudulent rewards, investigate activity, preserve records, or enforce these Terms.

25. Inactive Accounts

We may classify an account as inactive if there has been no login, earning activity, payout activity, or meaningful account activity for an extended period.

Subject to applicable law, we may restrict inactive accounts, require re-verification, expire promotional bonuses, or close inactive accounts after notice where required.

26. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STASHTASK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

STASHTASK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will meet your expectations;
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
  • Offers will track or credit correctly;
  • Partners will approve or pay for completed offers;
  • You will earn any amount of rewards;
  • Payouts will be available through any specific method or within any specific timeframe;
  • Third-party services will function properly.

27. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STASHTASK AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REWARDS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR THIRD-PARTY LOSSES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STASHTASK’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT OF APPROVED AND UNPAID REWARDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT AT THE TIME THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

28. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StashTask and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, partners, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Service;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any law or third-party right;
  • Your fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Service;
  • Your User Content;
  • Your participation in third-party offers or services;
  • Your payout information, tax obligations, or payment disputes.

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

30. Dispute Resolution

If you receive rewards or payouts connected to an offer and later cancel, refund, charge back, reverse, dispute, or otherwise invalidate the underlying activity in violation of offer terms, StashTask may reverse rewards, reduce your balance, cancel payout requests, suspend your account, or seek repayment where permitted by law.

Payment provider disputes, payout reversals, returned payouts, or incorrect payout information may result in delays, fees, account review, or loss of payout eligibility.

32. Errors and Corrections

We may correct errors, bugs, display mistakes, pricing mistakes, reward calculation mistakes, payout mistakes, duplicate credits, incorrect balances, or other inaccuracies at any time.

If rewards are credited to your account by mistake, we may reverse or adjust those rewards.

33. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. StashTask may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring, change of control, or by operation of law.

34. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

35. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

36. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies posted within the Service, make up the entire agreement between you and StashTask regarding your use of the Service.
